Returns Policy

Due to the nature of research materials, Panther Labs Research generally does not accept returns once an order has shipped.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or does not match the batch documentation provided, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue.

Approved returns or replacements are handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Panther Labs Research.

Refunds, when approved, are processed manually by our team following review.
